Classic Creations offers in-store or curbside pick up or free shipping on orders over $400, across Canada. For all international orders, a Classic Creations sales representative will reach out to you about customs and duties on your purchase.

ONLINE RETURNS

Classic Creations Jewellers aims to deliver exceptional customer experience, however, if you find yourself unhappy with your online purchase, we will happily return your full purchases within 14 days of your receiving your purchase, excluding any sale and discounted items, for a full refund or store credit. For all discounted merchandise, we may only offer exchange or store credit. At this time, all resized, engraved, altered or customer jewellery is not eligible for a return. Classic Creations does not offer refunds or exchanges on lab grown diamond products. All sales on lab grown diamonds are final.

Returns may be shipped back or returned in-store to Classic Creations accompanied by a sale receipt, original packaging and any additional documents accompanying the original purchase. All items shipped, must be properly packaged and insured for the full retail value and addressed as follows:
